Data Processing Addendum

Purpose

This page explains who processes personal data on YogSpace's behalf, and what each subprocessor handles. It supplements our Privacy Policy and does not replace it.

Where data is processed

Our subprocessors operate globally; some (including Supabase and Stripe) may process or store data outside your country of residence, including outside the UK/EEA. Where that happens, we and our subprocessors rely on appropriate safeguards required by applicable data protection law (such as the UK/EU Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect your data during that transfer.

Instructors as processors

When you book a Session, your instructor also handles some of your information directly (e.g., health details you disclose for the Session). Instructors are independent contractors, not YogSpace employees — see our Instructor Agreement for the confidentiality obligations they're bound by.

Changes to this list

We'll update this page if we add, remove, or change a subprocessor. Material changes affecting how your data is handled will also be reflected in our Privacy Policy.
