Here's exactly what happens before an instructor can accept a booking on YogSpace.

Verification process

Four checks, before any profile goes live

Every applicant submits their Yoga Alliance registration number and certificate — minimum RYT-500.

We verify the credential number against the Yoga Alliance registry before any profile can go live.

A completed profile (headline, bio, intro video, specialties) is required before approval — no empty placeholder profiles.

Instructor profiles remain subject to review based on student feedback and reported issues.

Payments are processed by a PCI-compliant third-party processor. YogSpace never stores your full card number.

If an instructor cancels a confirmed session, you get a full refund and priority rebooking. See the Cancellation Policy for details.
